In this class, you will discover how a conscious and methodical approach to using your body weight can lead to an endless universe of exploration. Whether in suspension, on the floor, or on the wall, the varied range of exercises will allow you to gain as much in functional strength as in mobility and flexibility.
Based on the foundations of Pilates, the exercises focus on deep musculature, abdominal strength, joint mobility and good posture habits. The goal is to improve the precision of movement rather than the speed of execution. This class is ideal for people who are often seated and who experience tension in the neck, back and shoulder areas.
Through high intensity intervals (HIIT), varied formats and a series of functional movements, this course rapidly increases cardiovascular endurance. The structure of the sequences allows everyone to go at their own pace, adjusting the intensity according to their own personal zone of comfort.
The locomotion class offers a stimulating and effective program inspired by both quadrupedal walks and Animal Flow. By progressing through these exercises, you will work on moving through a variety of planes and directions, enhancing coordination and body awareness. This builds physical endurance, strength, flexibility and mobility.
Here we explore the world of English boxing in a welcoming environment open to all. A mix of boxing exercises, basic technique and body-weight strength training over set time intervals. Suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. The sessions are always varied, allowing you to develop your skills, let off steam, improve your cardio and work your whole body.
Functional training exercises to improve muscular qualities. Muscles are worked in a variety of ways: not only strength, but also power, endurance, speed and neuromuscular control. We use body weight and various accessories: weighted balls, weights, kettlebells, elastics, rings, parallettes, suspension bar. It's an intense workout that also focuses on joint mobility.
To maintain and optimize body mobility - from ankles to hips to shoulders - we combine fluid movements, muscle strengthening and flexibility, while developing coordination and proprioception, or body awareness. More than just a workout, it's a playful exploration of the body. The aim is to increase the fluidity and amplitude of movements for better everyday mobility.
The exercises in this class are thoughtful and carefully chosen: we work the whole body for decades to come. Whatever your age or limitations, we find the right progressions for you to find ease of movement. We progressively build your strength, mobility and flexibility so that you can reach your full potential.
