Gymnase-5207.JPG

Gymnase, is a training center offering group classes of various intensities, private sessions, along with sports care delivered by health professionals (kynesiologists, massage therapists, osteopaths).

The classes are offered by teachers in various specializations (Pilates, HIIT, calisthenics, boxe, Animal Flow). All, however, champion the theories and aims of functional training : training the body in all its functions - cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance.

  • Here, everyone takes care of everyone else’s well-being.

  • Training means being able to move easily for a long time.

  • Training is not a way of life, it's as normal as lunch.
Lunch is not a way of life.

  • We are welcomed at the gymnasium at the beginning of the year.
It’s a space for big meetings and games.

  • Gymnase, is a stop during your day, a familiar place.

  • We also train to enjoy the rest of our life.

floriane ho quang

is driven by two passions: people and movement.

Throughout her studies in neurophysiology and cognitive science, she played and coached volleyball. She then pursued a career in human-centered design (Ubisoft, Budge Studios, Tobo Studio, Moment Factory, Turbulent). At the same time, she completed training in yoga (500h at Naada), birth coaching (La Source en soi) and perinatal training (Bougeotte&Placotine). She is currently in her final year of osteopathy (IEOQ) and is completing a series of training courses devoted to running (Clinique du coureur).

Floriane offers flows and workouts that are both effective and fun, combining modern knowledge of biomechanics, physiology and cognitive sciences with the holistic vision of yoga and osteopathy. Her sessions focus on functional movements that are transferable outside the studio. She is keen to share a practice that resonates with the challenges of modern life, and that cares for both body and mind.

She conceives her sessions like her design projects: with you and your needs at the heart of everything. Don't hesitate to come and chat with her; she loves to receive suggestions and adapt her flows and exercises to your specific needs and injuries.
