FLORIANE HO QUANG
Floriane is an osteopath, trainer, weekend warrior every day of the week, mother of two, and a profound optimist.
Her obsession: to keep moving as long and as comfortably as possible.
Her mission: to help you regain and maintain a comfortable body for smoother daily activities and achieve your athletic goals.
Her approach: active osteopathy, which adds movement to the manual aspect of osteopathy. Here's what to expect when you meet with Floriane: empathetic listening to understand your history and your reality; a precise biomechanical and osteopathic assessment to understand the true origins of your discomfort. And a treatment combining manual therapy and personalized active exercises.
The goal is to help you break out of the classic cycle of pain → rest → recovery → relapse by giving you the tools to optimize your movement, manage and prevent injuries.
Active osteopathy combines manual therapy and movement to help you move better, for longer.
In addition to her degree in osteopathy, Floriane trained with the best: Diane Boutin (birth coaching), Ingrid Bayot (breastfeeding), Naada Yoga & Yoga Medicine (over 500 hours), Bougeotte & Placotine with Sarah Baribeau (perinatal training), with Blaise Dubois and the team at Clinique du Coureur (prevention and management of running injuries, over 80 hours), and Mai Rehab (movement optimization).
Floriane works with:
• Babies and children from birth
• Women at all stages of perinatality
• Competitive or recreational athletes
• People who want to start, restart, or simply continue to move, regardless of age
• Runners and those who want to start running (specialized service certified by the Clinique du Coureur with biomechanical analysis of running patterns)
Every Tuesday. And Thursday afternoon.
