Private Training Rates
$90 per individual session
$255 for a package of 3 sessions
For small groups (2 to 6 participants), rates range between $120 and $150 per session.
Kinesiology Consultations:
If you're injured or have specific conditions, a kinesiology consultation may be recommended. The rate is $100 per hour.
